Delivery Policy

Please note that the official business days at i-Connect are from Sunday to Thursday.
Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are considered official days off for both i-Connect employees and shipping companies.

Our main goal is to offer you the best online shopping experience, ensuring your shipment is handled smoothly — because your convenience is our top priority.

i-Connect delivers all orders through trusted third-party couriers to guarantee timely and reliable delivery.

We aim to deliver your orders within 2 to 4 days, depending on your location, while allowing you the flexibility to choose your preferred delivery time — whether during the day, week, or month.

For urgent orders, please contact our Customer Service, and we’ll do our best to assist you promptly.

Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a copy of the invoice as proof of receipt.
Orders will be delivered to the registered address, and the signature of any person at that address will be considered as confirmation of receipt.

If no one is available to receive your order, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
Please note that the company can only attempt delivery twice, and it is not responsible for orders held for more than 7 days from the first delivery attempt.

Processing & Fulfillment

• In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days.

• Custom-made orders are fulfilled according to the production time stated on the product page.

Delivery cost may be:

• Automatically calculated at checkout based on your product and delivery address, or

• Quoted separately for special requests and added to your order’s final balance.

Delivery Time
